Many Kosovars risk their lives in Kosovo
Kosovo, the region where the majority are Albanian-speaking people, waiting to have a definite status very soon, is going through a very critical situation. The situation is like this even because the Kosovars have created terror situations. There are many cases in Kosovo where not only individuals but families have their lives in danger. Kolë Dakaj from Pristine, the capital of Kosovo, is an innocent victim who many years ago had to leave Kosovo along with his family, to go abroad in order to save their lives. Kolë’s father, was at the service of Serbs and is accused for the murder of some Albanians. In these conditions his family could be fired, so they had to leave. There are many cases in Kosovo when Albanians were killed without proven evidence, right those Albanians who served Serbs, like the case of Gjon Dragobia, Muhamet Laçi, Enver Luli etc. Many families ceased existing because of this revenge of Albanians against Albanians. In these conditions, Kolë Dakaj is in danger in Kosovo, where even after the final status will have this kind of problems, becoming a hell for many innocent individuals.

In Lekbibaj, where the Canon is rough and the law inexistent
Lekbibaj of Tropoja lays at the right side of
The family of Jak Bushati from Lekbibaj became victim of a revenge that might have no end. On August 22, 2002, the policeman Ndoke Nuka was murdered. Two people were accused for his murder: Joland Bushati and Abedin Lazri, yet the murder was never proved either by investigatory organs, prosecution or the court, yet the two accused were condemned 20 years each, as collaborators in murder. By the condemnation it is clear that the law doesn’t work, it gives the same condemnation for murder for two persons. This maybe to avoid medieval revenge of the relatives of the victim as much as possible. No matter the absurd sentence of the court, the Canon is more powerful. The relatives of Joland Bushati had to leave their country and live hidden. On October 22, 2006, unidentified people, probably linked to blood-feud, wounded Jak Bushati. This didn’t occur in Tropoja but in another town. Jetnor Bushati and Jonard Bushati, brothers of Joland, who’s in jail without evidence, are wanted to be killed. So, two brothers and their father, Jak, live with the fear of blood-feud. The young Jetnor and Jonard moved to occidental countries, as the ancient Canon gave sentenced death for them and the generations to come.
Prek Radoina forced to wander around
The young Prek Nikoll Radoina from Theth of Shale, in Dukagjin,
had to leave his parents and emigrate, though being less than 15 years old.
This intelligent young man lived in very hard conditions in his family and
the missionaries of “Mother Theresa” helped them with food and clothes. Very
soon he became a useful volunteer helping nuns on identifying the needs of
population, helping in trips, meetings with young people from a village to
another on spreading the Gospel. The missionaries kept him close to them
helping in all religious activities, where the people of this region had not
seen a Catholic missionary around since 1967, when churches were closed. The
population got involved in mass very soon and started to build the destroyed
churches, building also a convent near the
The consequences of the darkest year in the Albanian
is the darkest year in the history of the Albanian State. The collapse of the
pyramidal companies was the ignition to fire up the system of that time. As a
consequence, weapon depots of the Albanian army were broken out and within a
few days there was an armed people. The lack of function of the State gave
chance to a real civil war, who’s consequences are still visible today.
